For appointments and questions:

Appointments are a maximum of one hour in length and no more than three times per week, per class. You can schedule your appointments two weeks in advance.

If a tutoring appointment must be canceled, the student is responsible for canceling or rescheduling 24 hours in advance. Three “no-show” appointments will result in the student losing one-on-one tutoring privileges for the remainder of the semester.

If you are a student of the Disability Support Program and Services (DSPS) program, all rules remain the same, except that we can extend the one-hour appointment to one and one-half hours. To qualify for this extension, you must show your DSPS card to the front desk assistant while making the appointment.
