The Strategic Planning Committee conducted the second special meeting to continue the discussion on the development of the 2018/19-2020/2021 Strategic Action Plan. The focus of today’s meeting was on the metrics of the plan. A whiteboard brainstorm exercise was conducted and the metrics identified for possible inclusion in the new plan are as follows:

The committee will continue to conduct special meetings in the month of October to finalize the metrics/goals of the plan and to begin the data collection, i.e., Environmental Scan and TC Employee Survey.
