California Work Opportunities and Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKS) provides work study and other assistance for eligible students receiving cash aid.

- Cougar Support Center - Basic Need Resources
Basic Need Resources: The Cougar Support Center is here to support students in need of additional assistance with meals, housing, and clothing. This is a safe space for students to receive the essential resources to satisfy their everyday basic needs.
- Counseling Center
Get help staying on track with your academic goals. Speak with an academic counselor and complete a comprehensive education plan to help facilitate your success.
- Disabled Student Programs and Services
Disability Support Programs and Services provides support services and accommodations for students with disabilities.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at Taft College is a resource for community members, educators, and students to help promote further engagement, learning, and awareness around DEI.
- EOPS/CARE
Extended Opportunity Programs and Services offers over and above support services. CARE assists EOPS-qualified single-parent students receiving TANF/CalWORKS benefits (cash aid).
- Financial Aid
Apply for financial aid. Help is available for students with financial need, including scholarships, grants, work study, food aid, and more.
- Health and Wellness Counseling
Seek help or refer a friend or student in need. Take advantage of free and confidential personal counseling, as well as mental health, wellness, and crisis resources.
- High Tech Center - Support for Students with Disabilities
Students with disabilities may access alternate formats of textbooks or materials and assistive technology software and tools.
- Learning Center - Tutoring, Math and Writing/Language Labs
