Present:  Vicki Jacobi, Mike Jiles, Tina Mendoza, and Terri Smith
Absent: Paul Blake and James May

The meeting was called to order at 11:16 a.m.

Public Commentary
None

 

Approval of Minutes of March 16, 2018 Meeting

Minutes are approved without changes.

 

Welcome New Members
No new members are on the committee this year. The committee reviewed the current members.

SLO Day Feedback
All feedback was positive. The committee will do follow up activities each month to ensure assessments of quantitative reasoning are taking place.

Review Charter
The committee reviewed the charter. Changes were made to the format to become ADA compliant. The title Student Learning Outcomes was updated to SLOs throughout the body of the charter. Grant Coordinator was removed from the list of membership.

Set Goals for 2018/19

  • October –work on Family Fued and discuss common assessments
  • November –continue to finalize SLO day for Spring in service
  • January –Spring in service
  • February –review data
  • March – nothing set yet
  • April –nothing set yet
