Job Readiness Center
Taft College’s Job Readiness Center provides resources and information to current students and alumni. The center helps students prepare to search for employment opportunities that align with their educational goals. Students are encouraged to pursue employment opportunities, work experience programs, or internships that will provide the skills and experience needed to secure employment and become self-sufficient in their respective field.
In addition, for those who are not certain what employment opportunities to pursue, our Job Readiness Center provides resources to help you decide. While students and graduates sometimes have a difficult time navigating the employment maze, our counseling services can provide helpful resources. We also have career exploration courses for those who want to take a deeper dive into finding that perfect job/career.
