- Facebook/Newspapers/Advertisement- Press release (done)
- Inductee Presenters– Volunteers needed
- 5-minute limit
- Provide new/additional info about inductee, not just info provided in program
- Audio visual/IT/Equipment– Dual mics? Request extra microphone from high school
- MC/Physical Program– 6:00pm
- Budget– Ticket sales/sponsors main funding source; Tickets = $75 (Child Ticket Price?)
- Sponsors/Donors– OTs, Orange Belt Stages, Tony, Bill/Bookstore via medallions/t-shirts…
- Payment/RSVPs– Apple Pay set up? Request to have the night of. Additional columns to RSVP list?
- Food/Location– OTs-Itemized food options printout—decide on one option
- Champagne Reception-5 :00pm (Jan/Vicki?)
- OT’s Beverage Policy– $10 cork fee per bottle for wine from donors. Wine/champagne order would need to be placed around first week of October for event if we want OTs to order
- Decorations– Set up day before/day of? Table cloth and napkin color? Center pieces?
- Plaques– For all inductees that attend. An 8 x 10 plaque will be ordered for both the inductee. As discussed in spring, one ‘perpetual’ plaque will be ordered for display on Hall of Fame wall on campus (final approval and location TBD via Deb) (Craig)
- Medallions– We should not need to order more (Craig)
- Program– Complete in-house with Jason Zsiba (Darcy)
- Name Badges- Gold colored lanyards for inductees and black for committee members? Do we need to order lanyards (Vicki?) Guests and attendees will use sticker name badges?
- Photography– ????
- Slide-Show– Presenters to get pictures from inductees? (Kanoe to compile PPT?)
- Reserved Tables- Reserved tables for inductees attending and their guests, Board members and Committee members?
- Ushers– Student athletes/volunteers?
- Check-In– Volunteers needed? (Jennifer?)
- Tour– At noon, meet in front of Student Services/Admin building-lunch provided? (Tony)

- Audio visual/IT/Equipment– Dual mics? Will further discuss at next meeting
- MC/Physical Program– 6:00pm
Darcy recommended using video with rotating pictures and voice-over. She will draft an example and bring to next meeting for review and further discussion. Committee does not want to lose personable touch, but maybe a combination of video and physical presentation could be an option. The committee thought the singing of the national anthem was a nice touch and wants to do so again this year. Severo to ask Jessica if she is interested in singing.
- Budget– Ticket sales/sponsors main funding source; Tickets = $75 (Child Ticket Price?)
Children’s ticket price should be the same price-$75. If an inductee inquires on ticket
price for a young child (under 12), then discuss $20 option with Melissa and Jennifer,
as it arises, but do not advertise. All should be willing to pay $75 ticket price.
- Sponsors/Donors– OTs, Orange Belt Stages, Tony, Bill/Bookstore via medallions/t-shirts…
The committee thanked Bill for his medallion contributions and support of the HOF. All 100 medallion sold this year! Bill brought a sample 1966 championship football t-shirt on sale at Bookstore for $24.99. $7.50 of each sale will be given to the HOF.

Recommendation was to go with same food choice as last year, approx. $17.95/plate.

Deb shared the college has purchased round, black table clothes, and we can use. Sarah
can let us know how many are available.

Deb recommended, and committee agreed, to wait on ordering of perpetual plaque until a location has been confirmed to determine size, style, etc. Craig agreed to order individual plaques. It’s hard to determine the number of 1966 plaques at this time.

Committee recommended to list all prior HOF inductees in the program, not just the prior year inductees, and remove photos to allow for more space to accommodate all.

Bill and Vicki working together to determine lanyard needs.

Committee will use Nick Ellis again if he agrees to not use center area for equipment
and can meet our interests. Darcy to follow-up with Nick. Interest is to use both
a step and repeat we already have for off-stage photos, and to off-set pictures on
stage so there is not a glare from PPT and so PPT can be seen in background of inductee
photos.

Tony and Bill discussed hours of tour are approximately noon-3:00. Bill will open
Bookstore early and remain open throughout tour.
- Rehearsal– Presenters to meet at 4:00pm the day of? TBD
- Foundation: Interested in hosting inductee celebration on Sat?
The committee recommended a meet and greet and something more informal versus a sit-down
dinner. This way, it’s easier to accommodate more/less people since our HOF timeline
doesn’t give us an accurate count of attendees this soon. The RSVP deadline for inductees
is Sept 30th, so we will have a better idea of attendees by the beginning of Oct. Dennis mentioned
the Best Western area was nice for the TUHS meet and greet, as many guests stay there.
Bill also mentioned the Petroleum Club as a potential location.
As for an inductee address list, Jennifer has the most updated list and can provide. We are still working on trying to locate 1966 team members, so the addresses we have for the team are limited right now.
