Reissue of Diploma or Certificate

The Academic Records Office will reissue previously awarded diploma(s) or certificate(s) for a fee of $15.00 per copy.

The Reissue Diploma or Certificate Order Form (PDF) can be submitted to the Academic Records Office in person, emailed to records@taftcollege.edu, or mailed to the address listed on the form.

Unfortunately we can not reissue WESTEC/Taft College certificates. Please contact WESTEC at 661-387-1055.
