The Administrative Services program provides individuals with foundation educational training and skills in general office principles, procedures, and operations. It prepares students to enter entry level to mid-level positions in places of business and organizations as office and support personnel.
Four certificate options are available:
Administrative Services: Certificate of Achievement
The Administrative Services certificate provides individuals with training and skills in general office principles, procedures, and operations to prepare successful students for entry into mid-level positions such as office and administrative support personnel. Administrative Services I: Certificate (Locally Approved) is the first level training for those seeking entry-level positions as office and support personnel. It requires four total credit hours. Learn more and see course requirements here.

Microsoft Office Applications: Certificate (Locally Approved)
This certificate program is designed to recognize a student’s achievement and proficiency with key components of the MS Office Suite, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation graphics, and databases. It requires six total credit hours. Learn more and see course requirements here.
