  • Meeting was called to order at 9:07 AM 
  • No objections on minutes approval for November 11,2021 
  • No objections on minutes approval for February 3, 2021 
  • 2021-2022 Annual Committee Review Self-Evaluation Form 
    • No meetings held in 2020 
    • No process discussed since no meetings were held in 2020 
    • Goal to revise charter 
    • Safety walks 
    • Review/Update Emergency Action Plan 
    • Training – Emergency Response/Lock Down/Active Shooter/Participate in “Shake Out” (Added to Fall In-Service and updated in Spring in service calendar for 22/23 Academic Year) 
    • Annual Lockdown Testing 
  • Submit 2021-2022 Annual Committee Review Self-Evaluation Form at next Governance Council 
  • Campus Safety and Security Committee Meetings will be changed to start 10 minutes after the hour.  
  • Adjourned at 9:43 AM
